MyBeautySpa – Cancellation Policy This Cancellation Policy is legally binding and applies to all clients of MyBeautySpa. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Advance Cancellations All cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ prior notice before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any additional charges. 2. Late Cancellations If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice (including same-day cancellations or notice given 2–5 hours before the appointment), the client will be charged a non-refundable fee of $50 USD. 3. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing the required notice (“No Show”) will automatically result in a $50 USD charge. This charge is final and non-negotiable. 4. Prepaid Packages and Multi-Session Treatments For prepaid treatment packages, any missed session without proper 24-hour notice will be deducted from the package as if the session had been rendered. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be permitted under these circumstances. 5. Binding Agreement Emergencies, illnesses, or personal reasons do not exempt the client from these terms. By scheduling an appointment, the client accepts full responsibility to comply with this policy. MyBeautySpa reserves the right to refuse future services if repeated violations occur.
